Who the heck is buying those homes?

Using the 3X income rule, the average family would typically qualify for about 96K of housing.

Very strange.

Actually, quite a few of them have been vacant since being built.
And the real estate business/ construction business is doing wonders to keep it that way.

Not to mention the artificially inflated prices for housing.
A three bedroom one bath house (no garage) is going for over 130,000. and that's an OPTINMIISTIC number.

And the banks are having a field day with their numbers.
It all comes down to who wants to own the area more. (I.E. own all the land.)
Farms are being priced out of the market, they cannot continue to operate at what they are being paid for their work. There is no way to run a farm around here anymore.
And if one does own a farm, the new neighbors complain about the fresh country air.

It is ridiculous.
And it's only gonna get worse. *chuckle*

Al says, word is if they didn't have so many Germans here in CC.. it probably never would have become a city. One of the houses across the canal from us is owned by Germans and many Germans rent it. Right now there is a USA group in there tho.. and seem very nice.

The Germans like to run around naked a lot. It's interesting.. lol

The first link is too far north.. Any canals up that way are fresh water with no exit to the river. No pool.. yuck..

The second house is ok, but no pool showing either. No address, so can't check the location.. The house next to us is selling for around $350.. It's one of the older homes, but kept up well. That would be more our location..price wise.. Canal..pool, Lanai, three bedrooms and small atrium, etc.

You can get better prices than that tho.. He's done a lot of work to his and wants it back..

It took me a few seconds to figure that out, it is apparently a fashion trend in Japan right now. While looking through the slide show of current news photos I came upon this from Russia, an actress exhibiting the latest in 'Body Art'...

Hey!

All this stuff's from newspapers in and around CC. Dude's demo-ing proper eveing attire a the German Social Club, but only during DST. Sounds like a thrill-a-minute club.

I'm guessing that they don't hire pyrotechnic type bands either.

Oh NO! Herpes mutates and becomes semi-sentient, and RUNS FOR OFFICE! (Formerly known as Hillary. Or TAMMY FAYE in drag.)

As for the skirts in japan.. What the heck is that, and where can I buy some of them to 'distribute' at random around here?

But they aren't as fun as the rack...
