Arthur C. Storwick Arthur C. Storwick, 83, of Snohomish, died May 16, 1984, in an Everett hospital. He was born July 6, 1900, in Aure, Norway. He came to this country in 1904, served in the Navy during WWI and was a member of the WWI racks and French Creek Grange.

Frederick V. Ernst Frederick V. Ernst, 76, of Oak bor, died May 16 1984, in Coupeville. He was born In Seattle, on Nov. 10, 1907.

He first came to the Oak Harbor arca when he was 5 years old and resided here until 1951. During that time, 'he built the Ernst Apartment Building which is currently the Hallmark Store In Oak Harbor. He also owned and operated Fredericks Cafc in Oak Harbor from 1934 until 1941. In 1942 he married an Oak Harbor native, Patricia O'Shaughnessy. He served with the U.S.

Navy during WWII.
