Praying to the toy gods that the armored character Zach teased ends up being a classic Crimson Dynamo.

I have a question about some of the 8 inch Marvel Select figures.

Would some of them be compatible to mix and mingle with the Marvel Legends figures?

Marvel Select figures like Juggernaut and Colossus would they fit in fine with the Marvel Legends figures?

It depends on the character in question and how much of a scale-nazi you want to be. Select is a 7" scale line so any "normal" characters will be too big to fit in (Captain America, Iron Man, Spidey, etc.) but big characters can usually work pretty well. I pretty regularly see other collectors that use the Select Juggernaut, Hulk, Thanos, or Abomination with their Legends. If you're one of those collectors who recites the heights from the old handbooks like the word of god then the Select Colossus is too tall but if you like the figure and want a Colossus that is a bit more towering with the other X-Men then I'd say he works alright.

well in the 1980s, didn't he always grow a little more taller anyway when he turned into his metal form?

Yeah, artists' interpretations vary but he tends to grow. It's always been claimed in handbooks that he grows damn near a foot when he goes metal but looking at any art that reflects this is sketchy, plus I don't give the stats in those handbooks much weight. Looking around on Google images I found images of Select Colossus with Hasbro Legends and I thought he looked fine with them, he's only around half-his-head taller than the Legends Colossus from the two-pack with Juggernaut so I'd say go for it.

Blergh...EE pushed out fulfillment for my Iceman again. Looks like I'm cancelling that order and going with Amazon.

Just picked up Crimson Dynamo at Forbidden Planet. Beautiful figure...I dont even mind if hes not as bulky as his art for his marvel handbook entry.

I have to say their Captain America ended up looking a whole lot better than the promo pics. He might be a purchase for me...but, if I do, I think that will be the point where I split up the Legends and Select in my Marvel display.

Some great news coming from the Live Q&A with Zach and Chuck. Next two Selects will be Spidey related! The first one a rogue. Plus "a couple" MCU figures being sculpted right now (heavily hinted to be Wolverine and Deadpool in a later answer). They were also asked about a redo of Wolverine, Cyclops and Doom - nothing in the pipe at the moment. Another person asked about them making classic Iron Man, Thor and Scarlet Witch - Chuck said no, not at the moment, and that he's personally more of a fan of doing the more modern costumes.

That last part is odd cause they already have the base buck for a classic iron man with their silver centurion and war machine figures. And they've been making classic Iron Man characters already. So you'd think a classic comic mk 4 would be coming at some point.
