Spending hours in Dubai traffic? Experiencing the madness in real estate and rent prices? When you see new communities popping up all over the Dubai and getting quickly populated, why not invest in DEWA?When you see the traffic, doesn't it make sense to invest in SALIK? When SALIK had their IPO in Sept 2022, the IPOraised gross proceeds of over AED 3.7 billion ($1bn), with oversubscription of more than 49 times in aggregate. In 2023, Salik went on to report a net profit of AED 273 million by the second quarter and the Board of Directors approved a dividend distribution ofAED 548 millionfor Salik's financial results of the first half of 2023.What about banks? UAE's FAB bank delivered a record high Dh16.4 billion net profit for 2023. That's an outstanding 53% increase from the previous year. The board is proposing a cash dividend of Dh7.8 billion, representing 71 fils a share andthe highest payout since 2020.These numbers are staggering. And it's not just the UAE. Look at the transformation in Saudi and investments taking place there. So why aren't more people investing in MENA stocks?Talking to friends or colleagues, two main themes come out:1. Access: some people are using platforms like Interactive Brokers (IB) or Capital dot com. While these may be good platforms, they don't offer access to MENA stocks. With amana, it's all in one app. Global stocks, gold, currencies, crypto, commodities and MENA. 2. Cost: when you trade MENA stocks, transaction fees can be high. These are fees charged by the exchange and clearer, not by your broker. Here comes our new offer:As of Feb, we launched our new pricing offer for MENA stocks. ZERO exchange feesZERO clearing feesZERO commissionamana will cover all transaction fees for your first $100,000 investment. This means you can now trade MENA stocks absolutely free.If you want to participate in the exponential growth of this region, this is an offer you don't want to miss. CNBC Arabia picked up on this news. Here's a link to our CEO interview for a quick listen about the future of investing and trading in MENA.Website link in comment for more details.

🌙✨ As the month of Ramadan begins, I find myself reflecting on the intersection of my professional life and my Muslim faith. Over the last few years, I've encountered both supportive and challenging environments while fasting and working. I've put together a couple ideas on how we can make this sacred month more inclusive for our Muslim colleagues and employees. For those unfamiliar, Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection, community, and self-discipline, during which Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. While the days can be physically demanding, they are also profoundly rewarding. Here are a few ways we can foster a more supportive environment during Ramadan:🕰 Flexible Hours: Recognize the unique schedule adjustments Muslims make during Ramadan. Offering even a small window of flexibility in start times or the option for remote work can significantly alleviate the strain.🍽 Food Considerations: Instead of food-centric team activities, provide alternatives or ensure there are options available for those fasting. A gesture as simple as setting aside to-go treats can make a big difference.🌅 Iftaar Gatherings: Host iftaar (meal to break fast) to foster inclusivity, even if only a few team members observe Ramadan. Sharing a meal together strengthens bonds and promotes understanding.📱 Acknowledgment and Support: Extend personal messages of "Ramadan Mubarak" on team communication channels, and reach out individually to offer support and inquire about specific needs.💡 Open-mindedness: Take a moment to understand the significance of fasting before questioning its impact on work. Embracing diversity includes respecting religious practices and their importance to individuals.May this month be filled with peace and blessings for all who observe Ramadan. To my non-Muslim colleagues and managers, your efforts to accommodate and understand are deeply appreciated and do not go unnoticed. I hope this is helpful!Wishing everyone a month of ease, love, and growth. May Allah swt bring peace, safety, and happiness to all our fellow Muslims around the world. Ramadan Kareem! 🌙✨#ramadan2024 #muslimprofessionals
